  Highland Tournament Third Place game

    The Skyhawks took the lead early against Olive Harvey and held a 29-19 halftime advantage.  In the second half the Skyhawks struggled against the Panthers aggressive full-court press, but never gave up the lead to secure the 61-56 victory and third place for the tournament.  The Skyhawks were led by Andre Brandon and Davares Whitaker each with 10 pts.  LA Fayne chipped in 8 pts. and Jake Gaither was next with 7 pts.  Jake also led the Skyhawks with 10 rebounds from his small forward position.  The Skyhawks (5-6) are back in action Tuesday at Daley, as they try to even their record heading into the Christmas break.
